We operate a fixed pricing structure for our End of Tenancy Cleaning service with a set number of allocated hours for each property size below:

| 3 Bedroom Property | £210 (max. 7 hours) |
| 4 Bedroom Property | £240 (max. 8 hours) |
We base our pricing on the average sized property and condition of which the property is left in. In our experience, the above hours are a sufficient amount of time to effectively complete the clean on a standard size property in average condition. However, we realise some properties may be larger than average or left in worse condition than others and therefore additional hours can be booked for £30 per hour if more time is needed.
